Small Village to Global Success: The Inspiring Journey of Narendra Bilade

In a world where success is often associated with privilege and opportunity, the story of Narendra Bilade stands as a powerful reminder that determination, faith, and resilience can rewrite destiny.

Born on 27 January 2003 in a small village in the Dhule district of Maharashtra, Narendra comes from a humble farming family where life was defined by hardship. From an early age, he learned discipline, responsibility, and the value of perseverance. But what truly sets his journey apart is not just where he started but what he survived.

As a child, Narendra faced a life threatening brain fever. There was a moment when doctors had nearly given up hope. Yet, by what he describes as God’s grace, he survived. This incident became a turning point in his life, giving him a sense of purpose far beyond his years. For Narendra, it was not just survival, it was a second birth.

Despite financial struggles, he completed his education up to the 10th standard and pursued ITI. Soon after, he began working in a factory under extremely harsh conditions. Handling hydraulic machines daily, he endured injuries, sleepless nights, and physical exhaustion. Yet, he never complained. Instead, he chose silence, responsibility, and resilience, carrying the weight of his family’s expectations on his shoulders.

Like many young dreamers, Narendra aspired to join the Army. However, the COVID 19 lockdown shattered that dream. Rejections followed, self doubt grew, and at one point, even his own father questioned his future. But Narendra did not let circumstances define him.

The turning point of his life came on 26 January 2024, when he joined Pride. Before this, he was earning just ₹15,000 per month and struggling to meet basic needs. Today, his life has completely transformed. He now works with confidence, travels internationally, and has built a career that took him all the way to Dubai, something that once felt impossible for a village born individual with no exposure to the outside world.

Behind this success lies not just hard work, but strong emotional support. Narendra credits his close friend Sonu as one of the biggest pillars in his journey. When life was at its lowest, Sonu never left his side. He did not judge him but guided him in the right direction. Along with him, his family also supported Narendra like their own, giving him strength when he needed it the most.

However, the strongest pillar in Narendra’s life has always been his family, especially his sister.

He shares that his sister is the most important person in his life. She gave him the chance to move forward when he needed it the most and has always supported him. She understood him deeply, even when he made mistakes, and guided him with patience and love.

From childhood, he has respected her deeply because she has always had the strength to stand by him in both happiness and difficult times. She did not just support him, she helped shape his life and made him a better person. According to Narendra, a sister like her is truly rare and feels like a blessing sent by God.

Her words, “God is with us. Everything will be okay. We just need to keep fighting,” continue to give him strength every single day.

He also expresses deep gratitude towards his brothers, his entire family, their children, and his uncles, who supported him throughout his journey and helped raise him with strong values and love. He believes that because of them, he stands stronger today and considers himself truly blessed.

Today, Narendra is known for his discipline, loyalty, and strong values. In his village, people now look up to him as an example. Parents tell their children that they want them to become like him. For Narendra, this respect is more valuable than any financial success.

His journey is not just about personal growth, it is a message to the world. Through his story, he proves that background does not decide destiny. Even in the face of poverty, illness, rejection, and doubt, a person can rise.

With his book “Soil On My Feet, Dreams in My Eyes”, Narendra Bilade now aims to inspire millions. His story connects deeply with students, struggling professionals, and anyone who feels lost or judged by society.

He says, I was once called a village boy who would never succeed. Today, I am living proof that God does not choose the loudest, He chooses the strongest.
